Location: Tianjin, China     Responsibilities:  
  • Formulate strategies to support and advance the Company’s core, strategic and long-term
  • Coordinate and drive Company’s work planning and review process, including annual work plans, mid to long-term plans, strategic planning studies, visioning efforts etc.
  • Work closely with key management to manage relationships with Company’s key stakeholders, including government officials in Singapore and China, shareholders and other strategic partners.
  • Lead communication and reporting on Company’s work plans with key
  • Drive the agenda and lead preparation for engagements with governments, shareholders, Board of Directors etc.
  • Coordinate research on topics and issues pertinent to Company’s businesses, g. sustainability standards, real estate market research; drive Company’s involvement in research-related external entities.
  • Drive analysis of local policy developments and changes in operating environment (in areas related to land, urban development, real estate, political and economic conditions, environment and sustainability) and advise key management.
  • Coordinate the Company’s engagement with partners and technical solutions providers to offer consultancy and advisory services to third-parties.
  • Drive and implement strategic and corporate initiatives and projects that may be assigned by
  • Work with other departments on corporate and publicity collaterals to support Company’s external outreach and engagement.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Environment, International Relations or other relevant areas
  • At least 8 to 12 years of relevant working experience (preferably with experience in corporate strategy / strategic planning / government relations / ESG), with at least 5 to 7 years in a leadership position
  • Good command of both English and Chinese languages
  • Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge in business management, real estate development and policy environment
  • Strong networking and communication skills, and adept at establishing good rapport with government officials, industry and business associates
  • Effective team leader
