Our Story

Eye Recruitment was formed to address the serious problem of there being a huge and noticeable lack of knowledge when it comes to construction, Property & Engineering within the recruitment industry as a whole.

Our founders are both Chartered Surveyors (RICS) who both hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, a Master’s degree in Construction Law, and are members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. They bring with them 40 years combined experience of working in the Construction Industry for contractors, consultancies, and developers alike on a wide variety of projects and market sectors in countries spanning the globe.

The founders at Eye Recruitment are able to put themselves in our client’s shoes because of the simple fact that they have been in the same position and were not able to get the service that was required from the very large majority of recruitment companies engaged.
