Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the project from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver the project on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external consultants, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and clearances.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and risks, and take proactive measures to address any issues or deviations from the plan.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication channels to facilitate transparent and timely exchange of information.
  • Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and other project-related activities, demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the rail sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and materials, with specific expertise in viaduct construction and railway systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve common goals.
