Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end residential or mixed-use developments in Jakarta. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases, ensuring successful delivery that aligns with quality, cost, and timeline expectations. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with experience in managing large-scale developments in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for high-rise developments
Oversee design coordination, consultant and contractor engagement, and construction delivery
Monitor overall project performance, identifying and resolving issues to maintain progress and quality
Ensure all works comply with Indonesian regulatory requirements, international standards, and client specifications
Manage stakeholder communication and reporting, ensuring alignment across internal and external parties
Oversee risk management, cost control, procurement strategies, and contract administration
Deliver project handover including final inspections, certification, and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in project management, including high-rise or complex developments
Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, design standards, and permitting processes
Proven experience leading large teams and working with international developers or consultants
Excellent command of English; Bahasa Indonesia skills are an advantage
Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)
Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects in Southeast Asia
Familiarity with digital project delivery platforms (BIM, Primavera, MS Project)
