Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure and building projects in the Philippines. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead planning, execution and close-out activities, manage cross-functional teams and ensure that projects meet schedule, budget, quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project lifecycle from initiation through hand-over, including scope definition, resource planning, scheduling and cost control

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans; monitor progress, identify deviations and implement corrective actions

  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and regulatory bodies to secure approvals and resolve issues

  • Oversee procurement: prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts and administer variations

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project objectives

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations and health & safety standards

  • Produce regular status reports and present project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

  • Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience managing medium- to large-scale construction or infrastructure projects

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards

  • Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent project management credential

  • Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements, permitting processes and industry best practices

  • Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or Business Administration

  • Experience overseeing MEP, civil/structural or architectural scopes

  • Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and international design standards

  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with government agencies and community stakeholders
