Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Position Summary
The Project Admin will provide essential administrative support to the project delivery team. This role is instrumental in maintaining documentation accuracy, coordinating schedules, and assisting in daily project operations to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant execution of high-value data centre developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in formatting, tracking, and maintaining project documentation

  • Coordinate project calendars, arrange meetings, and record minutes and action items

  • Maintain registers, trackers, and internal reporting logs

  • Support procurement processes, invoice tracking, and approval workflows

  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal control standards

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for document submissions and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project administration or construction support

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

  • Effective verbal and written communication in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on data centre or infrastructure projects

  • Familiarity with document control platforms or construction management tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
