Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Delivery will be responsible for leading the execution and delivery of data centre construction projects in Malaysia. You will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning and procurement through to construction and handover—ensuring that project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved. The role requires close coordination with design, construction, commercial, and client teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery for new build or expansion of data centre facilities
Drive schedule, cost, and quality performance across multiple active project sites
Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain delivery alignment
Manage project execution plans, risk registers, change control, and reporting frameworks
Ensure health & safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across all delivery activities
Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams and site managers
Participate in contract negotiation, procurement strategies, and vendor performance reviews
Prepare senior management updates and client reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 10 years of project delivery experience, including large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical facilities
Strong understanding of data centre construction requirements, systems, and commissioning processes
Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder delivery programs
Excellent leadership, communication, and risk management skills
Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or relevant certifications in project or construction management
Experience delivering hyperscale data centre or Tier III/IV facilities
Familiarity with fast-track or design-build delivery models
Exposure to international construction standards and safety frameworks
