Position Summary
The Regional Document Controller will be responsible for overseeing document management processes across multiple active data centre projects within the region. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of all project documentation in line with company standards, enabling timely reporting, audit readiness, and seamless information flow across teams and locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain document control systems across regional project portfolios
Ensure all documentation complies with internal control procedures, QA/QC standards, and project requirements
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to receive, review, and archive documentation
Track documentation progress, maintain version control, and manage transmittals
Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and system compliance
Provide training and support to project teams on document control protocols
Generate periodic documentation status reports and dashboards for senior management
Assist in handover documentation and project close-out packages
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in document control, preferably within data centre or construction environments
Proficient with document management platforms such as Aconex, Procore, or similar systems
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing documentation across multi-site or regional projects
Understanding of ISO document control requirements and audit processes
Familiarity with digital project delivery platforms or CDEs (Common Data Environments)
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
