Position Summary
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of large-scale real estate projects in Bangkok. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage diverse project teams, navigate local regulatory landscapes, and ensure alignment with corporate goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of development strategy, technical oversight, and stakeholder management expertise to drive project success from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple luxury development projects in Bangkok
Manage internal and external project teams to ensure alignment with cost, timeline, and quality targets
Direct coordination across design, construction, commercial, and legal functions
Ensure full compliance with Thai development regulations, permits, and statutory approvals
Monitor development budgets, progress schedules, and project risks, implementing corrective actions when needed
Prepare senior-level project reports and updates for executive management
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders
Support regional expansion efforts by contributing strategic input and operational improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in property development, including 5 years in a leadership or AVP-level capacity
Proven track record of managing complex, high-value residential or mixed-use developments
In-depth knowledge of Thai regulatory frameworks and construction practices
Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills
Fluent in English; Thai language proficiency is a strong advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or Business Administration
Experience working with international developers or joint ventures
Familiarity with digital project controls and reporting tools (e.g., Primavera, BIM platforms)
Exposure to luxury real estate projects or hospitality-led developments
