Position Summary
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) will play a critical leadership role in overseeing project development, execution strategy, and stakeholder management for high-profile real estate ventures in Indonesia. This position requires a strong commercial mindset, technical acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration from inception to delivery. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and senior management to ensure successful project outcomes in line with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight for the planning and delivery of multiple real estate development projects
Lead project teams, aligning objectives with corporate targets and ensuring effective execution of business plans
Drive coordination across design, procurement, construction, and commercial functions
Ensure regulatory compliance and timely approvals in line with local development requirements
Support the preparation and monitoring of development budgets, schedules, and risk registers
Facilitate senior-level reporting and project reviews to maintain transparency and performance tracking
Cultivate relationships with government authorities, partners, and key stakeholders
Contribute to the development of regional expansion strategies and operational improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or AVP-level role
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, high-end property projects in Southeast Asia
Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle and local Indonesian market regulations
Excellent leadership, commercial, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or Business Administration
Background in luxury residential or mixed-use development
Familiarity with international design and construction standards
Experience working in a matrix or multinational organization structure
