Salary: USD 400,000 NET per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in the colocation sector.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of client solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the colocation and data centre industry.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the colocation or data centre industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the colocation market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
