Position: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all cost-related aspects of fit-out office and hospitality projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Review external providers’ (i.e., vendors and subcontractors) terms of service and project deliverables.
- Support project teams in monitoring, reporting, planning, and coordinating all aspects of quantity surveying work.
- Proactively engage in continuous improvement and review of existing processes, systems, and policies to support project cost management and administration.
- Identify, assess, and manage / advise on commercial and contractual risks.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both verbally and in written notices (e.g., extension-of-time (EOT), change order, etc.).
- Possess knowledge in construction/contract law & different standard forms of contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA, LTA, REDAS, FIDIC, NEC, etc.).
- Lead and manage internal and external stakeholders, exercising strategic and critical thinking.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fit-out office or hospitality projects, preferably with a main contractor.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively both in a corporate office and at project sites.
