Position: MEP BIM Manager

Salary: SGD 13,000 to SGD 16,000 per month
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in life science projects.
- Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure the successful integration of BIM processes.
- Develop and manage BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular model reviews to identify and resolve clashes, conflicts, and other design issues.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to project team members on BIM-related tools and processes.
- Collaborate with the project management team to establish BIM execution plans and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and update the BIM model as needed, incorporating changes and modifications.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders through the use of BIM tools and processes.
- Conduct quality control checks on models and drawings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices related to BIM and MEP systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM management, preferably within life science or similar high-tech construction projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration within BIM models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.
