Location: Singapore

Salary: SGD 13,000 to SGD 16,000 per month

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in life science projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure the successful integration of BIM processes.
  • Develop and manage BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Conduct regular model reviews to identify and resolve clashes, conflicts, and other design issues.
  • Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to project team members on BIM-related tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to establish BIM execution plans and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and update the BIM model as needed, incorporating changes and modifications.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders through the use of BIM tools and processes.
  • Conduct quality control checks on models and drawings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices related to BIM and MEP systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM management, preferably within life science or similar high-tech construction projects.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration within BIM models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.
